To her surprise, the panels, still standing strong for the past 9 years, were completely coated and blocked with tire residue thanks to the home's proximity to the freeway. Despite the misconception that Southern California's occasional rain sufficed for a home's panel cleaning, Ashley immediately discovered otherwise.
